We vet our therapists using a combination of rigorous background checks. They are skilled and experienced with most therapists having plenty of years in their field. We work with therapists who are professional, and genuinely care about your well-being.
Our therapists provide almost everything you need for the treatment. For hygiene reasons we kindly ask our customers to provide their own towels. We also may need to request access to an electricity socket or running water.

Absolutely. Should you wish to book with a specific therapist, perhaps one your friends recommended, we can arrange this for you. Please get in touch via email at info@hometreatspa.com requesting the specific therapist and we will do our best to accomodate your request.
A day in advance should be enough to arrange a specialist to get to your door, but of course we try to accomodate even same day requests. Hurry up though, our therapists can get very busy at times and it’s always best to book well in advance.
Yes of course, in fact many of our clients prefer regular bookings and we are happy to oblige.
We are a cashless company, so a debit or credit card (even Revolut can work) via our online system would be the best and safest way to pay. Please note that payments are executed once the treatment is completed.
We aim to serve our clients at their preffered time. As a principle we take our firt booking of the day at 08.00hrs and the last one at 21.00hrs. We can still accomodate bookings outside of the working hours so please feel free to get in touch if you have a special request at bookings@hometreatspa.com and we will do our best to serve you.
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, it’s part of life, and that is absolutely fine! We accept cancellations up until 24hrs prior to your booking free of charge. For bookings cancelled within 24hrs of your appointments full payment is required.
We take personal data matters very seriously and we strictly do not share any information with any third parties unless it is absolutely crucial for the completion of your booking/treatment.
