Once you’ve chosen your preferred package, your credit will immediately be added to your account. You can redeem your credit along with the discount (up to 20% depending on the subscription package) against any of our beauty & wellness services. Each month you will be billed, and your account will be updated with your credit. Your subscription is rolling with the option to pause, cancel, or upgrade at any time.
No, there is no minimum subscription term. You have the flexibility to cancel or pause your subscription whenever you like.
Yes, you can pause your subscription while you’re on vacation. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll temporarily suspend your billing and credit allocation.
