Do I need to provide anything for the treatments?

Typically, you don't need to provide anything. Our mobile beauty therapists will arrive fully equipped with all the necessary supplies and products for your chosen treatments. However, for hygiene reasons, we kindly ask our customers to provide their own towels. We also may need to request access to an electricity socket or running water.

Can I make a group booking?

Yes, we offer group bookings for events, parties, or special occasions. Please contact us to discuss your group's needs, and we'll customize a plan to accommodate you.

Can I request a specific therapist for my beauty treatment?

We aim to accommodate requests for specific therapists whenever possible. Please inform us of your preference when making your booking, and we'll do our best to fulfil your request.

How much notice do you need to make a booking?

We recommend booking your beauty treatment in advance to secure your preferred date and time. However, we also accept last-minute bookings based on therapist availability.

Can I make regular bookings?

We offer the convenience of online payments as well as cash payments to make your booking process seamless. You can securely pay for your beauty treatments using trusted online payment platforms such as JCC and PayPal, or opt for the flexibility of paying in cash. These options provide a hassle-free experience, ensuring your peace of mind. When you make your booking, simply choose your preferred payment method. 

What are your working hours?

Our working hours are from 8am to 10pm Monday through Sunday. We offer flexibility to accommodate early morning and late evening appointments, ensuring accessibility for our clients.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy allows for cancellations or rescheduling up to 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made after this deadline may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Will the massage bed fit in my home?

How should I prepare for my massage?

To make the most of your massage, hydrate well before your session, shower to ensure cleanliness, avoid heavy meals right before the appointment, and communicate any specific preferences or concerns with your therapist.

What should I wear for my massage?

It's best to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Many people prefer to disrobe completely for their massage, but you can undress to your comfort level. Rest assured, your therapist will maintain your privacy and only uncover the areas being worked on.

Do you take specific requests for disability or injuries?

Which brand of gel do you use?

We use high-quality gel polish from trusted brands known for their durability and vibrant colours. Specific brand names may vary based on our technician's expertise and product availability.

How long will the gel polish last?

Soft Gel polish typically lasts around 2 to 3 weeks without chipping or fading, depending on your nail care routine and daily activities. And Hard Gel polish typically lasts around 4 to 5 weeks without chipping or fading. Our technicians ensure proper application to maximize the longevity of your gel polish.

How do I remove gel polish?

We recommend professional removal to prevent damage to your natural nails. Our technicians can safely and gently remove gel polish using specialized products and techniques during your next appointment.

How long will a classic manicure/pedicure last?

A classic manicure and pedicure typically last around 1 to 2 weeks, again depending on your daily activities and nail care routine. Regular maintenance, such as nail filing and applying clear topcoat, can extend the lifespan of your manicure or pedicure.

Will there be a mess to clear up?

How long do I have to wait until I get my lash lift wet?

Your technician will provide specific aftercare instructions, but generally, it's advisable to avoid getting your eyelash lift wet for at least 24 to 48 hours after the treatment to allow the lifting solution to fully set.

Is eyebrow tinting safe?

Yes, eyebrow tinting is considered safe when performed by a trained and experienced technician. It involves applying a specialized tint to the eyebrows to enhance their colour and shape.

How long does eyebrow tinting take to do and is it permanent?

Eyebrow tinting is a relatively quick process, usually taking about 15 minutes. It's not permanent and typically lasts for a few weeks, gradually fading as your eyebrow hairs naturally shed.

Does eyebrow tinting cause hairloss?

Eyebrow tinting is not known to cause hair loss. It's a surface treatment that dyes the existing eyebrow hairs and doesn't affect hair growth or the hair follicles.

Our mobile baby massage instructor will bring all the necessary supplies, including baby-safe oil or lotion. However for hygiene reasons we kindly ask to provide a soft mat or blanket for your baby's comfort and a clean towel.

How long does a baby massage session last?

Baby massage sessions usually last around 60 to 90 minutes. However, the duration can vary based on your baby's comfort and attention span.

Is baby massage safe for all infants?

What should my baby wear during a massage session?

Can you do hair and makeup for the Mother of the Bride and Bridesmaids as well?

Yes, we offer hair and makeup services for not only the bride but also the Mother of the Bride and bridesmaids. How does the subscription work?

Once you've chosen your preferred package, your credit will immediately be added to your account. You can redeem your credit along with the discount (up to 20% depending on the subscription package) against any of our beauty & wellness services. Each month you will be billed, and your account will be updated with your credit. Your subscription is rolling with the option to pause, cancel, or upgrade at any time.

Is there a minimum subscription term?

No, there is no minimum subscription term. You have the flexibility to cancel or pause your subscription whenever you like.

I’m going on holiday, can I pause my subscription?

Yes, you can pause your subscription while you're on vacation. Just let us know in advance, and we'll temporarily suspend your billing and credit allocation.

How does the booking process work with the membership?

Booking with your membership is easy. Simply log in to your account, select the service you want, and your available credit will be applied to the booking. You can also schedule appointments by contacting our customer support.

Are there any additional member benefits?

Will I be reminded if my credit is due to expire?

What happens if I don’t use all of my credit one month?

If you have unused credit on your account it will not expire. Any unused credit will typically roll over to the next month, for a maimum period of 6 months.

Where can I see my current credit balance?

You can find your credit balance under your account just below your name and photo.

Can I change my monthly subscription amount?

Absolutely, if you wish to increase or decrease your subscription amount, please go to your membership settings under your account. From here you will be able to update your plan. Alternatively, please email info@hometreatspa.com and our VIP concierge would be more than happy to help you.

What happens if my gift card is lost or stolen?

Whilst we sincerely hope this doesn't happen, we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen gift cards. Keeping it safe and secure is the best way to ensure its use.

Can I transfer my gift card to someone else?

Gift cards are transferable. You can gift your card to someone else by sharing the unique code with them.
